Important Dates for Abstract Submissions:

• Last Deadline for abstract submission: September 30th, 2023
• Abstract submission opens: June 15th, 2023
• Review and correction period: June 15th to September 30th, 2023 (1st deadline)
• Acceptance of abstracts: June 15th to September 30th, 2023
• Final deadline (Late Breaking Abstracts, without correction): September 30th, 2023
• Abstracts not following the reviewers’ suggestions will not be accepted.
• Deadline for submission of full papers proposed for awards: October 10th, 2023
• Presentation schedule available on the website: 3rd week of October 2023

Abstract Registration:

• Abstract registration starts from the acceptance date (note that there are discounts for submissions before the first deadline).
