New proposal for abstracts in two languages

Dear internists from all over the world

–From the Argentine Society of Medicine and in programmatic agreement with the International Forum of Internal Medicine, we want to reach all of you with a proposal for dissemination, visibility and recognition, for the presentation of scientific abstracts in both Spanish and English languages, at the next congress SAM FMC FIMI SAMIG November 7 to 10, 2023

–For this, we had a digital platform with the entry of abstracts in Spanish or English, according to the category of abstracts and with the option of prizes according to the scientific regulations, (which establishes more than 30 awards in each of the categories: free communications, clinical cases, case series, qualitative research and programs/projects)
                                  –Scientific abstracts can be submitted in 2 ways

–All abstracts are presented in Power Point with 8 to 15 slides.
–No poster, but a similar ateneo presentation
–1 Face-to-face in salons in Buenos Aires Nov 7 to 10: Benefits of knowing BsAs, Argentina and barbecue
–2 Online via zoom room Nov 6 to 10 Benefits: just pay registration

–For both forms of presentation, sessions are organized in Spanish or English, of 90 min with 9 to 10 abstracts and with two 2 internist commentators and a specialist as a jury.

–All abstracts will have a certificate of presentation and authorship for all authors
–Abstracts from countries with SAM FIMI agreement have a special discount
–The abstracts of resident fellows scholarship holders also have a special discount

IMPORTANT
— Abstracts presented at other events can be presented at SAM 2023, since, in our opinion, scientific papers are pearls / capsules of knowledge, which must be disclosed to all professionals. Therefore, we do not believe in the exclusivity request , and that the teaching role is more important than a requirement of exclusivity
